Online Gaming has evolved from old-school games such as Pong into mind boggling feats of technology; from 1v.1 player games into 1v.10 million player games. Overwhelming creativity and excitement runs through the veins of the modern internet world.Starting at a young age I was introduced to the vast world of online gaming with the huge hit of World of Warcraft. With over 9 Million players, claiming 95% of PC gamers, and achieving a 5 star rating, this online fantasy world completely blew my mind. Instead of moping around I instead spent my spare time thrilled. No more dull moments. Today you can search lists of Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games (MMORPG) for days. Through my years of playing I have narrowed down the best of the bests. My top 3 favorites would definitely be World of Warcraft, Runescape, and Rappelz. Runescape has less appealing graphics but the excitement is all there. You can do everything from fishing to fighting to merchanting. Rappelz on the other hand is fighting based and does not have fishing, woodcutting, crafting, etc. It instead has a huge variety of classes to choose from and countless unique abilities waiting to be mastered. However, neither could compare to the experience I had with World of Warcraft. WoW contains the largest playing field out there with countless character options for you to choose from. Its fantasy world is so top notch that you really have to see it to believe it.I highly recommend World of Warcraft as a vent to your (or your child’s) bored moping time.
