Here you may lead an interstellar empire, sending forth your fleets of starships to carve out your dominion. To arise victorious, you will need to plan military campaigns, wield the tools of diplomacy and espionage, and above all maintain a ruthless determination. Galactic Warlords is a free play-by-email game of War and Conquest on a vast scale, provided as a complementary service to the internet gaming community. To view your realm and issue orders, you use the Diploware, which is a software program you download here. When you install the Diploware, the Rulebook will also be installed (be sure to browse through this, which is available from your Windows Start Menu). The Diploware (download size: 7 MB) is for PCs with any version of Windows (Win XP, Win98, Win95, NT or Win2000).
